In consideration of the Tidewater Appalachian Trail Club (TATC) accepting this reservation for use of the cabin and lands owned by the TATC (both hereinafter called the Premises), I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have or that my minor children using the Premises with me may have against the TATC, its members, its directors, and their representatives, successors, and assigns for any injuries suffered by me or my minor children on the Premises. Further, I do hereby expressly stipulate and agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless the TATC, its members, its directors, and their representatives, successors, and assigns against any claims or causes of action which may be made by my minor children, or their guardian or legal representative or may be made by others whom I permit to use the Premises with me. I expressly agree and do bind myself, my heirs, my personal representatives, and my assigns to repay to the TATC, its members, and its directors any sum of money, costs, or attorney’s fees that any of them may hereafter be compelled to pay or incur on account of any injuries or damages arising out of the use of the premises by me or my guests.
I further agree that this Cabin Release is continuously valid for the calendar year in which I execute it and shall apply to any rental periods during this calendar year.
